With over 30 years of broadcast experience, Dean Walker has worked at all levels of production, including below-the-line, above-the-line, and in executive roles. He is a multi-award winning producer for his work, including a National Sports Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. As an executive for a major sports television network, Dean led production teams charged with creating content for network, cable, and digital broadcasts, adhering to and exceeding network quality standards. As the Head of Production & Operations for NBC Sports Group – Denver and Universal Sports Network, his team produced 1600+ hours of event coverage annually across the multiple platforms of NBC, along with creating award-winning original programs. Dean Walker has served on the broadcast teams for seven different Olympic Games, including as Supervising Producer for NBC’s @Home Production Team for the 2018 Winter Games.

With a versatile multi-decade career, Robert James has participated in some of the more meaningful media activities over the past 25 years: acquisition of Adelphia Cable, overseeing the startup stages of Video-On-Demand and the X-1 rollout for Comcast’s West Division, launching the original network Comcast Entertainment Television, developing and launching Golf Channel in the mid-90s, and managing the rebranding and production for Starz Encore Group. As a member of the Denver Sports Commission, Robert helped bring the IOC’s SportAccord conference to the USA, the first time ever on domestic soil. For the last decade he’s managed international content acquisition for NBC Sports and Universal Sports Network. As the author of multiple fiction novels and a dedicated bass player, Robert brings his creative passion to 424, along with extensive knowledge of commercial, event, and long form production.

With a distinguished career spanning nearly 3 decades at both the network and production company levels, Daniel McColl has overseen production management and budgeting for every type of project in the entertainment and sports media landscape. Not only has he worked multiple major sporting events, including the Olympic Games and Boston Marathon, but also numerous entertainment productions, such as every major award show and celebrity documentaries. He is a seasoned production executive who has helped launch such networks as OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) and NBC’s Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA. He has managed financial operations for large- and small-scale productions as well as yearly multi-million-dollar network budgets and forecasts. Dan is a graduate of UCLA and currently lives in Southern California with his wife and daughter.
